Product information
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Products in unworn, undamaged condition purchased online from canopywatchco.com can be returned by mail within 14 days of delivery (no exceptions) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, but Canopy Watch Company will ship any exchanged item free of charge. Shipping & handling fees, if any, are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any watch or strap that fails quality inspection from customer service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Watches with rubber straps that are sized (cut) are not returnable or exchangeable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Missing Original Components
If a watch is returned without all of its original components, the following charges will be applied:
- Missing Box: $50
- Missing Warranty Card: $35
- Missing Links: Steel - $12.50 per missing stainless steel link; $15 per missing DLC link
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In addition to the exceptions already mentioned above, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@canopywatchco.com.
Your CANOPY® watch is warranted by Canopy Watch Company, LLC. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international CANOPY warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased CANOPY watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official CANOPY dealer. During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your CANOPY watch, Canopy Watch Company, LLC. guarantees its replacement by a CANOPY watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating);
- The CANOPY watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Canopy Watch Company, LLC's control
ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Canopy Watch Company, LLC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last, or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so exclusions or limitations mentioned may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Canopy Watch Company, LLC.’S OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. YOUR OFFICIAL HAMILTON DEALER CARRIES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OTHER GUARANTEES. The Canopy Watch Company, LLC.’s customer service ensures the perfect working order of your CANOPY watch. If your watch needs maintenance, rely on a official CANOPY dealer or an authorized CANOPY Service Center as set forth in the enclosed list: they can guarantee service according to Canopy Watch Company, LLC.’s standards.
